Personal data and cookies
Covers the geduk.fr website. Last updated: October 2026.
This site sets a single type of tracker, for audience measurement, and only if you have accepted it. As long as you have not answered the banner, or if you have declined, no measurement cookie is written and no data is passed to any third party.
What is collected, if you accept
Audience measurement relies on Google Analytics 4. It then records:
- the pages viewed and the time spent on them;
- where you came from: search engine, external link, direct access;
- technical information: type of device, browser, language;
- an approximate location, derived from the IP address, at city level;
- three specific actions: a click towards the application, a click towards the AI Scorm tool, a click on an email address.
This data serves one purpose only: knowing which pages are useful and how people get here. It is not sold, not used for targeted advertising, and never matched against any customer file.
Who receives it
Google LLC, as the publisher of Google Analytics. The data may be transferred outside the European Union. That is precisely why your consent is asked for beforehand, and why declining has no effect on your browsing.
For how long
The cookies set by Google Analytics expire at most thirteen months after they are set. Your choice itself is remembered for six months in your browser; after that, you are asked again.
If you switch to the French version of a page, or turn down the English one, that choice is also remembered in your browser, with no time limit. It is only used to stop offering you the English version, contains no personal data and never leaves your device.
Changing your mind
At any time, with no need to give a reason:
The link is also at the bottom of every page of the site. If you withdraw your consent after giving it, the cookies already set are deleted immediately.
What collects nothing
The SCORM validator and tester
The SCORM package validator and tester run entirely in your browser. The file you drop into them is never uploaded: it reaches no server, neither ours nor anyone else's. You can disconnect once the page has loaded and the analysis will still work. That is what makes it safe to run a client's content through them.
Fonts
The Nunito and Nunito Sans fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which passes your IP address to Google. No cookie is set in the process.
The rest of the site
No social sharing buttons, no ad network, no tracking pixel, no third-party interactive map. The only data you can enter on the site is through the two forms described below; otherwise, contact happens by email, at the address shown at the bottom of each page.
The applications are a separate matter
This page only covers the website. The learning platform (app.geduk.fr) and the generation tool (ai-scorm.geduk.fr) process account and learner data, governed by the contracts signed with client organizations. These applications carry no audience measurement tracker.
The demo request form
The Request a demo page asks for your name, your organization, an email address, a headcount bracket and, if you wish, a message. This information has one use only: replying to you and preparing the demo.
It is sent to our team by email, from a server hosted in France, and is neither stored in any database nor passed to any third party. The email is kept for the duration of the exchange, then deleted. We do not use your address for anything other than this reply — no newsletter, no automated follow-up.
This form sets no tracker. If you have accepted audience measurement, the submission is simply counted as an anonymous event, without the information you entered.
The SCORM tools report by email
After an analysis, the validator and the tester offer to send you their report by email. If you ask for it, two things are sent: the address you enter, and the result of the analysis as it appears on screen, with the file name. The package itself is never sent.
The report is sent to that address from a server hosted in France, with a copy to our team. Nothing is stored in a database or passed to any third party. We may reply if the report raises a question, but your address is never added to a mailing list.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase and object to the data concerning you, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority. To exercise these rights, write to contact@cvbsp.fr.
