The same software, with all its features, whatever the plan. What changes between the SaaS and a dedicated instance is isolation and the number of users, not the list below.

Create

Design your content

A complete authoring tool inside the LMS, and the door open to everything that already exists in SCORM.

Built-in authoring tool

Rich pages, videos, clickable image hotspots, forms, single- and multiple-choice questions, question grids, external web content, downloadable documents. Every screen can be configured: navigation, labels, style.

SCORM 1.2 and 2004

Upload your existing packages, whatever tool produced them. They are played by our own SCORM engine, built into the platform.

SCORM export of your modules

What you create in the authoring tool exports as a SCORM package, to be played in another LMS. Your content is never locked in.

SCORM dispatch

A SCORM 1.2 or 2004 package that does not contain the course but opens it from Geduk, and sends progress, score and success back to your client's LMS — what the industry calls a dispatch. See how it works.

Modules, assessments, quizzes, surveys

Five kinds of blocks: module, graded assessment with a pass mark, quiz, satisfaction survey and self-assessment.

Question bank

Your questions in one place, reused across several quizzes and assessments.

Learning paths

Assemble modules, assessments and a certificate in the order you want, free or enforced, with a pass mark per step and an estimated duration.

Multilingual

The same content in several languages, with CSV export and import for your translators.

Versions and drafts

Draft and production kept separate, versions retained: you fix a module without breaking what learners are in the middle of.

Themes and design

Colours, fonts and templates per block or per domain. Learners see your colours, not ours.

Deploy

Deliver and enrol

Sessions, a catalogue, enrolments that happen on their own when possible, and built-in payment when needed.

Sessions

Dates, recurrence, limited seats, trainers, a venue for classroom training or a link for virtual classes, a waiting list when it is full, prerequisites between sessions.

Catalogue

Public or restricted to a domain, a group or a user profile. Open enrolment or subject to approval. One-click publishing from a module or a learning path.

Enrolment codes

One code, one link: learners enrol themselves, with no account created by hand. Handy for a cohort or a client.

Bulk enrolments and campaigns

Enrol a group or a whole domain in one go, or let a training campaign enrol people automatically according to your conditions.

Card payment via Stripe

Sell a single session or a catalogue subscription, collected by Stripe without leaving Geduk. Transactions can be viewed in the administration.

Fully customizable notifications

Every event has its email: content, variables, sender, per domain. Scheduled reminders before and after a session, and a log of everything that was sent.

Classroom training and virtual classes

Classroom training lives in the same catalogue as e-learning, with the same enrolments, the same notifications and the same tracking.

Monitor

Track and prove

What each learner is doing, live, and what you will be able to show on audit day.

Detailed tracking

Status, score, time spent, attempts, per learner and per session, as it happens.

Qualiopi proof file

The traceability evidence of a session in one click — for Qualiopi, the French quality certification for training providers: attendance, evidence of remote learning, results, corrections, satisfaction, certificates. Versioned, with a fingerprint. How it works (in French)

Fully customizable certificates

Your templates, your variables, your layout, generated as PDF at the end of a learning path or a session. An AI can draw the template for you.

Reports and analytics

Reports you build yourself, by session, learning path, learner or period, with charts and export.

Human grading and workflows

An examiner grades, approves or corrects a step. Workflow templates describe who approves what, and at which point in the learning path.

Scheduled satisfaction surveys

Sent automatically on the date you choose. The answers go into the proof file.

Activity log

Who did what, and when: logins, changes, emails sent. Useful on audit day, and even more before it.

Learn

Learner side

What your learners, trainers and managers see, and what they can do on their own.

Customizable home page

The home page that ships with Geduk can be customized: colours, blocks, texts. It can also be replaced by a page you design from scratch, connected to Geduk. See the home page

Every screen

Desktop, tablet, phone, with no app to install. Progress is saved automatically, and each module picks up where the learner left off.

My enrolments and my tasks

In progress, upcoming, completed, what is left to do, and the certificates to download.

Points, levels and leaderboards

Your learners earn points for real actions — module completed, learning path finished, certificate obtained —, climb levels that you name yourself, and compare themselves by domain, group, team or session. Scoring, scale and periods are set domain by domain. A learner can opt out of the leaderboards, where only the first name and initial appear.

Trainer space

Trainers see their sessions, enrol a participant and follow their group, without administration rights.

Manager space and company space

A manager follows their team's progress: completion, scores, time spent, tracking export, and nothing else. Your corporate clients go further: each can get their own space, where they manage their users, enrol their employees and view their own reports, without ever seeing the other clients. You decide, space by space, what stays visible.

Discussions and messaging

A discussion thread per session, and instant messaging between platform users.

Manage

Administer

One platform, as many entities as you want, and permissions that stop exactly where you decide.

Domains and sub-domains

One entity per client, subsidiary or partner: its users, its content, its colours, its logo, and its own domain name. White label is native.

Fine-grained roles and privileges

Roles built privilege by privilege, assigned per domain. A user can be a trainer here and an administrator there.

Groups and custom fields

Groups to target the catalogue and enrolments, free fields on user profiles, which can also be used for publishing.

Content shared between domains

Publish a module or a learning path from one domain to another, free or paid. A content publisher can supply its clients this way.

Import and export

Users by CSV or Excel file, groups included, content by package, a domain's settings exportable to another.

Pages and document templates

Free-form pages in the learner space, and documents (invitations, letters) generated from the user's and the session's data.

GDPR

Account anonymization, terms of use to accept, data hosted in France.

Built-in helpdesk

Your users open a ticket from the platform, and you answer it from the administration.

Secure

Security and access

Your users sign in just as they do across the rest of your information system.

Two-factor authentication

A second factor at sign-in, enabled domain by domain: authenticator app or code received by email. Optional or mandatory for everyone, your choice. An authorized administrator can reset it for a user who changed phones.

SSO SAML 2

Geduk plugs into your corporate directory, as a service provider or as an identity provider.

OAuth 2 and OpenID Connect

A built-in OAuth 2 / OpenID Connect authorization server: your own applications authenticate their users through Geduk, with the authorization code flow and PKCE.

API keys and personal tokens

For your scripts and integrations, with rights limited to what is needed, revocable at any time.

Password policy and invitations

Complexity rules per domain, accounts created by invitation, and logged “log in as” for support.

Connect

Integrations and openness

Everything the interface does is reachable from the outside: API, keys, webhooks, delegated authentication.

Complete REST API

The administration interface uses nothing else. What it does, your tools can do.

Webhooks

On every event — enrolment, module completion, certificate issued — a call to your tool or an email, with an execution log to understand what happened.

MCP server New

A built-in MCP server exposes some fifty tools: create users, blocks and sessions, enrol, publish to the catalogue, configure a domain, from a compatible AI assistant. See how it works.

Learner home page as a plugin

A standalone HTML page becomes your home page, connected to Geduk through a small, documented JavaScript API.

Free online tools

The SCORM validator and tester run in your browser, with no account. They apply the same checks Geduk runs on your packages.

Speed up

Artificial intelligence

The AI produces a first draft, you stay in control at every step, and it is your provider that runs, with your key.

Module generation

A brief, a structured module, reviewed and editable in the authoring tool before publishing.

Learning path generation

The outline first, then each module, then the content: you approve at every level.

Certificate generation

Describe the style you want, the AI proposes the template, you adjust it and it joins your certificate templates.

Your provider, your key

Mistral, OpenAI or Claude, your choice, with your own key and per domain. Nothing goes to a model without your decision.

Geduk AI Scorm

The standalone SCORM package generator, to produce a complete module from a brief and upload it to any LMS, Geduk included. Discover

Host

Hosting and data

The same software, three ways to run it. In every case, your data stays in France.

SaaS hosted in France

Your space on app.geduk.fr, free to try, updates and backups included.

Dedicated instance

Your own instance, isolated and branded as yours, hosted by us in France, with updates and backups taken care of.

On your servers

The same instance installed on your premises, when your security policy requires it.

From SaaS to dedicated

You start with the SaaS and move to a dedicated instance as you grow. The move requires a migration, which we carry out for you: accounts, content and tracking history are carried over as they are, with nothing to rebuild. See pricing
