A learner who has left no longer costs you anything. Your plan counts the accounts that exist in your space, all roles included. Delete the accounts of learners who have finished their training: their seat is freed immediately.

It is the same software with the same features. What changes is where your platform runs — and therefore the lead time, the price and the level of isolation.
Choose the SaaS if…

Choose dedicated if…
- Your data must be physically isolated from other clients' data
- You want your own domain name and a fully white-labelled platform
- You have more than 500 users, or you store a lot of video
- Your IT department requires hosting in your own infrastructure
- You need specific integrations (SSO, HRIS, API)
At equal volume, dedicated costs more than the SaaS. At 100 users, Dedicated Cloud is €100/month versus €50 for the SaaS, plus a €260 setup fee (excl. VAT). That extra buys you an isolated database and your own domain name. If you need neither, the SaaS is enough up to 500 users, and we have no reason to sell you anything else. Beyond that, it is on quote.

No commitment
Subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Only the setup fee of a dedicated version is charged once, at the start.
Your brand, not ours
Logo, colours, home page: the platform carries your identity in every mode. With a dedicated version, you add your own domain name.
Migrating your content
Your existing SCORM packages upload directly. For a large volume, we handle the migration — allow 1 to 5 days depending on the number of modules.
Moving between tiers
You only change tier when you go beyond the limit of yours — no surcharge in advance, no annual renegotiation.

What the price grids do not say
Your plan counts the accounts that exist in your space, all roles included: learners, trainers and administrators. Delete the accounts of learners who have finished: their seat is freed immediately. You only change tier when you go beyond the limit of yours. The SaaS goes up to 500 users: beyond that, it is on quote.
You are warned before you reach the limit. You can then slim down your content — video is by far the biggest item — or move up a tier. No content is ever deleted automatically.
Because at that volume, an isolated database and a reserved server are better than a shared space. The SaaS has no setup fee: it is the fastest and cheapest way to get started. The dedicated version requires a setup fee of €260 to €780 (excl. VAT) and costs more at equal volume, but it isolates your data and carries your own domain name. Beyond 500 users, we draw up a quote based on your volume and your constraints.
Only the setup fee of the chosen dedicated plan applies. Migrating your content, accounts and progress history is included.
